Security
Emvara is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption at every layer, strict access controls, and AI providers that never train on your data. Your business information stays yours.
How We Protect Your Data
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies. Database volumes, backups, and stored credentials are all encrypted with randomly generated keys.
Every connection to Emvara is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. API calls, OAuth flows, webhook payloads, and all data moving between your browser, our servers, and third-party integrations are protected in transit.
Our infrastructure uses private networking, firewall rules, and trusted-source restrictions to limit access. Databases are not exposed to the public internet. All services communicate through isolated, encrypted internal networks.
Emvara never sees your passwords. All integrations connect via OAuth 2.0 with the minimum permissions required. You can revoke access at any time from your provider's account settings.
Your data is never used to train AI models. Our AI providers contractually guarantee that your prompts, responses, and business data remain private and are not used for model improvement or shared with third parties.
AI processing occurs in geographically controlled regions. Our providers offer data residency options across the US and EU, ensuring your data is processed in compliance with local regulations.
We take security seriously. If you have questions about our practices, need a security questionnaire completed, or want to discuss compliance requirements, we are here to help.
